Coverage

Four source families, each with its own voice.

People talk about brands differently depending on where they are. Kenaura keeps the source attached to every mention so you can read each channel on its own terms.

Review sites

Considered, detailed opinions from customers who used the product or service. Often the earliest signal of a quality or support problem.

Captured with each mention

  • Star rating and review text
  • Reply status where visible
  • Product or location references

Social platforms

Fast, emotional and highly shareable. This is where a complaint turns into a thread and a thread turns into a story.

Captured with each mention

  • Public posts and replies
  • Mentions and brand handles
  • Engagement context where available

Forums & communities

Longer conversations where people compare options, ask for recommendations and share workarounds.

Captured with each mention

  • Public threads and answers
  • Comparison and recommendation posts
  • Recurring questions about features

News & blogs

Coverage that shapes how a wider audience sees your brand, from trade press to independent publications.

Captured with each mention

  • Article headline and excerpt
  • Publication and date
  • Link to the original piece

Setup

Adding sources takes minutes, not a project.

  1. 1

    Define your brand terms

Add your brand name, product names, handles and domains. Variations and common misspellings can be included too.

  2. 2

    Choose source families

Switch review sites, social platforms, forums and news on or off per brand, depending on where your audience talks.

  3. 3

    Refine with exclusions

Filter out unrelated uses of the same words so the feed stays about your brand, not a namesake.

Details

Built for a feed you can actually read.

De-duplication

Reposts and syndicated copies of the same story are grouped, so one event does not look like ten.

Source tagging

Every mention carries its source family, so filters and reports can split by channel instantly.

Link to original

Open any mention at its source to read the full context before deciding what to do.

Filters that stick

Save views by source, topic, sentiment or time range and return to them in one click.

Per-brand settings

Each brand keeps its own terms, exclusions and sources. Changing one never affects another.

Full-text search

Search the stored mention history for a phrase, product name or campaign term.

Questions

Listening FAQ

Which sources can Kenaura monitor?

Kenaura monitors public content across four families: review sites, social platforms, forums and communities, and news and blogs. The exact sources available depend on your plan and on each platform's terms for accessing public data.

Do you collect private or closed-group content?

No. Kenaura only collects publicly available content. Private messages, closed groups and content behind a login are not collected.

Can I change brand terms after setup?

Yes. Terms, exclusions and source selections can be edited at any time. Changes apply to new mentions from that point onward.

Will I see mentions that do not name my brand directly?

Kenaura matches on the terms you configure, including handles, product names and domains. Mentions that describe your brand without using any configured term may not be captured.
